  1. Scoping & Site Evaluation

    We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your energy requirements, site conditions, and regulatory landscape. Our engineering team evaluates load profiles, local permitting frameworks, and site-specific factors to develop a deployment strategy that adapts our design to your site.

  2. Commercial Structure

    One structure does not fit every customer, so we offer several. We can own and operate the plant and sell you electricity under a long-term power purchase agreement. We can deliver through your utility, with the utility as counterparty. Or, we can serve as technology provider, engineer, and construction manager, and hand you the keys to a completed plant. Whatever the structure, the questions that matter to your stakeholders have clear answers before ground breaks.

  3. Design, Licensing & Construction

    Our team is responsible for the complete power plant: reactor, turbine island, balance of plant, and all site infrastructure. We use proven light water reactor technology with established fuel supply chains, streamlining the licensing pathway and eliminating the technology risk that has stalled other nuclear programs. Construction crews are sequenced and ready when you say go.

  4. Commissioning & Operations

    We commission the plant and bring it to full power. From there, the model flexes to fit you. We can operate for the life of the agreement, staffed, maintained, and managed entirely by our team, so you receive clean, always-on baseload electricity with zero operational burden. Or we transfer a fully commissioned, fully operating plant to your organization. In deregulated markets we deliver directly. In regulated states we work within your utility framework.
